?? Manufacturing Prod & Machine Operator - 1st & 2nd Shift
Position Overview
Ultimate Staffing Services is hiring Production & Machine Operators on 1st and 2nd shift for a stable manufacturing environment in Maryland. If you like hands-on work, a set weekday schedule, and a team that actually shows up, this one's for you.
You'll help keep high-volume production running safely, accurately, and on time.
?? What You'll Do
All Areas
Follow SOPs and work instructions
Hit production and quality goals
Keep your work area clean and safe (GMP mindset)
Complete simple production and quality documentation
Kit Assembly / Test Strips
Assemble, label, inspect, and package small parts and test strip products
Operate basic production/packaging equipment with accuracy
Bottling - Machine Operator
Operate fillers, cappers, and labelers on the line
Assist with basic changeovers and adjustments
Perform in-process quality checks and light troubleshooting
Plastics (Production & Operator)
Load, trim, and inspect plastic parts
Perform visual and measurement checks (gauges/calipers)
Support machine changeovers as needed
? What You Bring
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures
Experience in a manufacturing/production or warehouse setting preferred
Comfortable working in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
Basic mechanical or troubleshooting skills for equipment a plus
Reliable, safety-focused, and okay being on your feet most of the shift
?? Schedule & Pay
Hours: Monday-Friday (1st & 2nd shift opportunities)
Pay Range: $16.50-$18.50 per hour (based on experience)
Travel: ~0% - report to the same facility each day
